The event featured presentations on actual Japanese market entry experiences and strategies, including “Direct Sales Learned in Japan” by CEO Siwon Choi of Channel Corporation and “LINE WORKS Japan Market Challenge” by CEO Sungwook Heo of LIONICE. Participating companies shared that while the Japanese market is larger than Korea’s, it has higher entry barriers requiring three times more effort and time investment than Korean market experience. They emphasized the importance of systematic approaches and localization strategies for success in the Japanese market.
